About The Position

The Service Valet safely drives, parks, and retrieves Mercedes guest vehicles with care and respect. The role welcomes guests professionally, provides prompt vehicle pickup and delivery, and supports a seamless ownership experience throughout service visits. The Service Valet assists Service Advisors by coordinating vehicle movements and communicating vehicle status, and transports vehicles to off-site locations when needed while following safety guidelines. The position represents the Mercedes brand through polished, professional hospitality and clear communication with guests and team members. It offers an opportunity to grow into more advanced roles within the Mercedes service department.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Complete other job-specific training and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive, park, and retrieve Mercedes guest vehicles while treating each vehicle with care and respect.
• Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and create a positive first and lasting impression.
• Provide prompt and efficient vehicle pickup and delivery services.
• Assist Service Advisors by coordinating vehicle movements and communicating vehicle status updates.
• Transport Mercedes vehicles to and from off-site locations when needed, following safety guidelines.
• Maintain a polished, professional presence and deliver the premium hospitality expected by Mercedes guests.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
