About The Position
Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian is seeking a professional, customer-focused Shuttle Driver/Porter to support its service department and deliver the comfort, efficiency, and premium care expected from the Mercedes-Benz brand. The role includes safely transporting coworkers, providing courteous service to guests, moving and organizing dealership vehicles, assisting with vehicle staging and lot organization, supporting customer and vehicle coordination, and performing light facility upkeep. The position is full-time and typically follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer-service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmissions.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport coworkers to and from the dealership in a clean, well-maintained shuttle vehicle.
- Provide a welcoming, courteous experience for every guest.
- Move, park, and organize dealership vehicles as directed by service leadership.
- Assist with vehicle staging, lot organization, and light facility upkeep.
- Support service advisors and technicians with vehicle flow and customer coordination.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Mercedes-Benz standards.
