GMC Service Technician
About The Position
Crain GMC of Conway is looking for an Experienced Service Technician to join their GMC service department. This role is for individuals passionate about cars who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that values their skills. The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles with efficiency and accuracy, perform routine maintenance, inspections, and advanced repairs, and utilize the latest diagnostic tools and equipment. They will also work with service advisors to explain repairs and recommend maintenance, and follow safety and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior automotive technician experience (GM experience a plus, but not required)
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and background check
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to earn) but not required
