GMC Express Technician
About The Position
We're looking for a GMC Express Technician to join our Chevy service department! The ideal candidate will have experience in basic maintenance and light repairs. They should be tech-savvy enough to utilize video and repair order management systems, and able to perform inspections and services efficiently in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do: Perform routine maintenance -- oil changes, tire rotations, checking fluids, etc. Conduct inspections and document recommendations with multimedia avenues accurately and consistently Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Follow safety and quality standards to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction Excellent time management skills Work with service advisors to explain any recommended maintenance needs
Requirements
- Previous experience as a lube technician
- Basic tool inventory
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of GMC vehicles
- Reliable, punctual and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check
