Service Technician - Warrensville Heights, OH
About The Position
The Service Technician provides professional service and customer support by performing field-service installations, startups, repairs, and maintenance of products. The role includes onsite tank installation, repair, maintenance, and testing; diagnosing technical issues and determining appropriate solutions; and making recommendations or briefings based on customer requirements. The technician must operate a vehicle safely, follow company procedures, cooperate with the technical team, and build positive customer relationships. On-call work is required for contaminations, marine incidents, and spills. Travel out of town or state may be required for projects.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Must be able to meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
- Ability to drive to various locations for necessary work.
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
Nice To Haves
- CDL preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in fuel tank installation and maintenance is preferred.
