About The Position

Evolve Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to service residential A/V, Home Theater, Network, Control, Lighting, Shading, & Security Systems. This role involves reading and interpreting floor plans and technical documents, understanding wiring and signal flow, troubleshooting various systems (Crestron, Savant, Control4 (C4), Josh.Ai, Lutron QSX), and advanced networking troubleshooting. The technician will also be responsible for control system programming, training clients on system usage, recommending upgrades, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining complete service records using company software for documentation, labor, workflow, and communication.

Requirements

Experience on construction sites, AV, Lighting, Shading, Control, and Networks
Ability to climb ladders
Ability to use power tools & hand tools
Ability to lift 50 lbs
A steady work history (3yrs between hops)
Pleasant disposition
High EQ
Valid License
Clean driving record
Reliable transportation
+5 yrs in Luxury AV Integration

Responsibilities
