About The Position
Priority Ford Norfolk is seeking an A- or B-level Service Technician for a stable, high-volume dealership environment with consistent workflow, supportive leadership, transparent pay plans, modern equipment, and opportunities to grow. Ford experience is a plus but is not required. The position offers flat-rate pay based on experience and performance, listed at $44 flat rate, and may include short- and/or long-term incentives and production/productivity bonuses. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location, with final compensation established during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
