About The Position

The Service Technician provides professional service and support for customers by performing field service installation, startup, repairs, and maintenance of products as needed. The role includes onsite tank installation, repair, maintenance, and testing, as well as diagnosing technical issues and recommending appropriate solutions. The technician may be on call for contaminations, marine work, and spills, and may travel out of town or state for projects.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Ability to meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Ability to drive to various locations for necessary work.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

Nice To Haves

• Commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
