About The Position

The Service Technician provides professional service and customer support by performing field-service installation, startup, repairs, and maintenance of products as needed. The role includes onsite tank installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing, as well as diagnosing technical problems and determining appropriate solutions. The technician may travel out of town or out of state for projects and is required to be on call for contaminations, marine work, and spills.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Must be able to meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Ability to drive to various locations for work.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

Nice To Haves

• CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
