About The Position

The Service Technician provides professional service and customer support by performing field installation, startup, repair, and maintenance of products. The role includes onsite tank installation, repair, maintenance, and testing, as well as diagnosing technical problems and determining appropriate solutions. The technician may travel out of town or out of state for projects and is required to be on call for contamination, marine, and spill situations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Ability to meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Ability to drive to various locations for work.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

Nice To Haves

• CDL; preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in fuel tank installation and maintenance; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Manage onsite tank installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
