About The Position

This position is responsible to ensure that customer’s on-site dental equipment is operating properly. Work mainly focuses on troubleshooting and repairing of equipment, as well as supporting the installation of equipment and the sales of maintenance contracts.

Requirements

  • Maintain a high level of client service
  • Respond promptly to service requests
  • Follow through on commitments to customers and internal colleagues
  • Listen to customer issues
  • Communicate client service information with Sales Representatives and Service Coordinators
  • Complete work orders
  • Maintain appropriate tools, supplies and parts within vehicle
  • Document equipment issues and completed repairs
  • Diagnose equipment issues and arrange for required parts, supplies or tools
  • Communicate equipment issues and recommended repairs to customers
  • Adjust, repair or calibrate equipment based on manufacturer’s specifications
  • Follow through on maintenance contracts
  • Provide follow up support within committed timelines
  • Verify equipment is set to manufacturer’s specifications
  • Sell maintenance contracts
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment
  • Report incidents, injuries or near misses
  • Conduct oneself in accordance with Sinclair’s policies
  • Participate in ongoing educational programs
