About The Position

Franklin Water Treatment dba Hellenbrand / Aqua Systems, a Division of Franklin Electric, is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Service Technician to install and maintain residential water softener and water treatment systems. The technician follows detailed installation and service instructions, evaluates and repairs customer system problems, and completes assigned daily schedules while complying with applicable health and safety requirements. The role involves assembling, installing, and servicing water treatment equipment or kits using available parts and operating instructions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
Journeyman Plumber or Restricted Appliance License.
Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Proven customer service skills.
Punctuality, dependability, and good attendance.
Ability to meet the mechanical and physical demands of installing and servicing water treatment systems.
Regular use of hands and arms and the ability to move between sitting, standing, and walking; frequent stooping, kneeling, or crouching; frequent lifting of items weighing 50 or more pounds.

Nice To Haves

One to three or more years of experience working in a plumbing-type position.
