About The Position

We're hiring immediately for a full-time Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician for Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen, you'll visit customers' homes to assess, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on windows and doors. We're urgently hiring experienced professionals with backgrounds in finish carpentry, remodeling, residential construction, window installation, or related skilled trades. You'll combine technical craftsmanship with clear, respectful customer communication.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in carpentry, remodeling, residential construction, window or door installation, or a related skilled trade.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and complete service documentation accurately.
• Comfort using Apple devices and mobile applications.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, adjustments, and preventive maintenance on windows and doors.
• Visit customers' homes to assess concerns with windows and doors.
• Diagnose installation, product, and performance issues.
• Complete repairs and service work accurately and efficiently.
• Explain findings and next steps clearly to homeowners.
• Evaluate proper window and door installation and operation.
• Complete and submit warranty and service documentation on time.
• Maintain a professional, respectful experience in every customer's home.
