About The Position

To be able to learn and perform all actions necessary to perform service on products associated with job/tool assignment while following procedure provided by the NOV Service Quality Team.

Requirements

• Adheres to all HSE requirements
• Must be able to work in factory environment which may include but are not limited to: high noise level, vibration, fumes, dust, and odors
• Working conditions may be inside and outside with extreme temperature
• Motors: Series 36H and 55 Bearing Assembly Assembly, BlackMax Series 5 Bearing Assembly, Power Section Assembly, Adjustable/Fixed Housing Assembly (Vector), Adjustable/Fixed Housing Assembly (BlackMax), Adjustable/Fixed Housing Assembly (Prescott), Drive Shaft Assembly, Dump Sub Assembly, Top Sub Assembly w/Rotor/Motor Catch, Motor Assembly, Motor Disassembly, Motor Testing and Evaluation, Safety Awareness
• Drilling Tools: Power Stroke Jar, Hydraulic-Mechanical Jar, Shock Tool, Hydraulic Intensifier, Mechanical Intensifier, Stabilizers - Motors and String, Reamers, Agitators
• Fishing Tools: Lubricated Bumper Sub, Surface Jar, Fishing Intensifier, Super Jar, Z-Jar
• ICT- Coil Tubing Jar, Coil Tubing Intensifier; SQ- ITRAX, Service Documentation, Equipment Calibrations, Audit

Responsibilities

• Overall operation of preparation, service, and completion of Downhole tools
• Service tools in a timely manner without deviation from Service Quality procedure
• To complete demands of the lead hand pertaining to tool production
• Develop accurate and complete data pertaining to service documentation in a timely manner
• Responsible for the efficient and safe operation of equipment to perform duties required
• Interact with personnel in other departments and disciplines.
• Participate in action plans for new projects defined by supervisor.
• Maintain the work environment as outlined by the shop supervisor
• All other duties as assigned
