Service Technician (Apartment Maintenance)
About The Position
Lion Real Estate Group is hiring a full-time Service Technician for an apartment community in Dallas, Texas. The technician works alongside onsite teams to complete service requests, assist with unit turns, and keep the property running smoothly. The role involves routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances; completing work orders efficiently and carefully; and helping ensure the community is safe, functional, and well-maintained. The technician is expected to provide friendly, professional service to residents and participate in an on-call rotation to support the property 24/7. A $1,000 signing bonus is offered.
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take a hands-on approach.
- Valid driver's license.
- Insured, operable vehicle.
Nice To Haves
- Prior apartment or property maintenance experience.
- EPA or HVAC certification; certification is not required, and the company says it will support employee growth.
Responsibilities
