About The Position

Monarch is hiring an on-site, full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Chelsea Park Apartments, a 160-unit luxury community in Taylor, Michigan. The technician will provide hands-on maintenance support where needed, including HVAC repairs, completing work orders, and expediting apartment unit turns. The role also includes on-call emergency maintenance coverage twice a month and assistance with snow removal.

Requirements

At least 2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable personal transportation.

Responsibilities

Perform HVAC repairs.
Complete maintenance work orders.
Help speed up apartment unit turns.
Provide on-call emergency maintenance coverage twice a month.
Help with snow removal.
