About The Position

Earl Stewart Toyota is hiring a 2nd Shift Service Technician. The dealership describes a career-oriented, learning-focused workplace with a diverse team and an ethical code. The technician performs vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, follows dealership and manufacturer procedures, and communicates with Service Advisors about additional work and repair estimates.

Requirements

• Strong automotive background.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check.
• Clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow Earl Stewart Toyota's customer experience policy, The Earl Stewart Code.
• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional service needs and provide estimates of the time required for additional repairs.
• Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
