About The Position

A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Service Technician Support to perform work related to the calibration of test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of directly related experience as a Field Service Engineer or Calibration Engineer/Technician (typically 4+ years of practical experience).
  • A background in physical/dimensional, thermal, and electronic calibration.
  • Skills in the calibration of all types of the company's and Multivendor Test Equipment.
  • Ability to utilize written and automated calibration procedures.
  • Ability to utilize Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel).

Nice To Haves

  • A relevant degree or certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate test failures, distinguishing between process, hardware & system software to determine if repair or re-alignment is required.
  • Accurately enter data into Calibration management software and datasheets.
