This role involves learning Renuity's processes and quality standards to deliver excellent customer service. You will travel to customer homes to install new products or repair existing ones, take preventative measures, and escalate customer issues to the Service Department. Additionally, you will fill out detailed reports, keep records of services performed, and explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers. The role requires lifting and moving equipment up to 50 lbs. without assistance and performing physical tasks such as bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and working with hands for prolonged periods.

Requirements

  • Must have proven experience in window and door installation and general home construction knowledge
  • Some experience in glass reglazing is required but additional training can be provided
  • Experience in bath, plumbing, or handy man experience
  • Own truck and tools
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills in both Spanish and English- a plus!

Responsibilities
