Sales Manager - Exterior Home Remodeling

This position is for a hands-on Sales Manager responsible for leading and expanding our sales team, overseeing daily operations, driving performance, and developing future leaders within the organization. Top performers in this role have the potential to exceed $500K+ in earnings.
Requirements
- One-call close experience in Exterior/Interior Remodeling is required.
- Minimum of 3 years in sales experience.
- Minimum of 1 year in sales management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and coach sales representatives, including conducting training classes and workshops.
- Lead weekly sales meetings, track team performance, and drive quota achievement.
- Conduct ride-alongs and provide in-field coaching to sales representatives.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to the sales team.
- Build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture that aligns with company goals.
