About The Position

This entry-level position offers a fully paid comprehensive training program, including state licensing, to develop into a future Pest Management Route Technician. As a Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for managing an established route, building and maintaining strong relationships, and providing exceptional service. You will utilize investigative and deductive reasoning skills to analyze problems, suggest corrective actions, and implement resolutions. This role may also involve performing minor equipment or structural repairs to help clients maintain a pest-free environment, thereby protecting their brand, their clients, and the general public.

Requirements

Basic math and writing skills.
Proficiency with communication devices, including cell phone, email, and internet applications.
Computer skills including use of MS Windows Applications and PDA hand-held computer technology.
Excellent client relationship skills.
Listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to understand and remember client preferences and needs.
Attention to detail and observational skills.
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, and/or on weekends (including split shifts).
Valid motor vehicle operator's license.
Availability to travel overnight when needed.
Good Driving Record.
Pass drug and background checks.
