About The Position
Join the team at Eck Industries, a leading aluminum foundry in Manitowoc, WI. We’re looking for individuals who are hands-on, detail-oriented for our Heat Treat department to help shape precision aluminum castings used in aerospace, defense, and cutting-edge industries.
Requirements
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Good attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working with your hands in an active environment
Responsibilities
- Get hands-on preparing castings for heat treatment by following step-by-step instructions
- Learn to read and understand job specs and production requirements
- Be part of the aging and straightening process to help create quality products
- Set up and run heat treat equipment with training and team support
- Take pride in helping ensure finished products meet quality standards
