About The Position

At El Pollo Loco, the Service Team Member helps deliver a positive customer experience by greeting guests, helping with orders, preparing and assembling food, and supporting restaurant operations. The role ensures “Best in Class” customer service from start to finish while maintaining cleanliness, following company recipes and procedures, processing orders accurately and efficiently, suggesting additional items, and handling cash transactions professionally. Team members collaborate with restaurant staff and management to meet operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards. The position may involve preparing or assembling menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa or dressing, and packing condiments. Full-time or part-time hours are available. Previous customer-service or food-service experience is preferred but not required.
