The Service Team Member is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and locating products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading and merchandise tasks, maintaining store recovery standards, and engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. Team Members will also educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and support Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role involves participating in stocking and planogram processes, merchandise recovery, and general store maintenance. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, supporting shrink and safety initiatives, and interacting with others respectfully are also essential. Team Members may also be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
