The Service Team Member is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and product location, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading and merchandise tasks, maintaining store recovery standards, engaging customers in loyalty programs, and educating them on customer surveys. This role also involves assisting with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), participating in stocking and planogram processes, and performing merchandise recovery and maintenance. Team Members are expected to support shrink and safety programs, adhere to company procedures and policies, and interact with others respectfully. There is also an opportunity to be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
