This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and product location, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key responsibilities include completing truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards. The position also involves engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer survey, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members will also participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, and are responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance. Additionally, they will perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, support shrink and safety programs, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. Interaction with others should be accepting and respectful, maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor, and promoting the organization's vision and values. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and other duties as assigned.
