About The Position

The Service Team Member ensures “Best in Class” customer service from start to finish. The role involves greeting and helping customers with orders, preparing and assembling food according to company recipes and procedures, processing orders accurately and promptly, suggestive selling, and maintaining cleanliness. Team Members work collaboratively with restaurant colleagues and management to meet operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards. Food preparation may include assembling menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa or dressing, and packing condiments. Previous customer-service or food-service experience is preferred but not required. Full-time or part-time hours are available, with a flexible schedule and no overnight hours.
