Service Support (Night and Weekend availability needed)
About The Position
Topgolf is hiring a Service Support Playmaker to help create fun, welcoming experiences for Players in a fast-paced, collaborative entertainment environment. The role involves greeting Players, delivering food and drinks to bays, assisting with non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining service areas, bussing bays and tables, folding napkins, and supporting teammates wherever needed. Team members are expected to follow safety and sanitation standards, keep work areas clean and compliant, and live Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This is an active role involving extended periods on your feet and frequent movement in a high-volume environment. It requires handling items up to 50 pounds, including transporting food trays across different elevations and stairs, as well as lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying. Night and weekend availability is needed. Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
- Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
- Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently so Players have what they need.
- Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
- Keep service areas clean and stocked.
- Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
- Support the team as needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
