About The Position
As a Cashier at Meijer, you will provide efficient, effective customer service in the checkout lane and create positive, lasting customer experiences. You are the final touchpoint customers have before leaving the store, helping make everyday moments meaningful while supporting store operations.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Enjoy working with people and providing great service.
- Be comfortable learning and using technology.
- Listen well, communicate clearly, and stay organized.
- Be dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to help.
- Be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
