About The Position

Happy Daz in Lima, Ohio, is hiring Crew Members and Cashiers to operate the register, prepare food, or perform both roles. The position is suited to applicants available for daytime shifts on Saturday and/or Sunday, with flexible availability on weekdays. Requirements

• Availability for Saturday and/or Sunday daytime shifts, plus flexible weekday availability.
• A friendly attitude that puts guests and teammates first.
• Comfort switching between the register and the kitchen.
• Basic math and computer/POS skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ring up orders accurately.
• Handle cash and card payments.
• Prepare and cook food to order according to recipes and specifications.
• Learn the food and beverage menu to answer guest questions.
• Set up, break down, and maintain a clean, organized food preparation and cooking area.
• Operate, clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dining room clean, stocked, and ready for guests.
• Follow food safety and sanitation rules throughout the restaurant.
