About The Position

Happy Daz in Lima, Ohio, is hiring Crew Members and Cashiers to operate the register, prepare food, or perform both roles. The position is suited to applicants available for daytime shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as flexible weekday hours in the morning, afternoon, or evening. No experience is required; training is provided from day one. Requirements

• Availability for Saturday and/or Sunday daytime shifts and flexible weekday hours.
• Friendly attitude and willingness to put guests and teammates first.
• Comfort switching between register and kitchen duties.
• Basic math and computer/POS skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Previous experience is a plus, but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, accurately ring up orders, and handle cash and card payments.
• Prepare and cook food to order according to recipes and specifications.
• Learn the food and beverage menu to answer guest questions.
• Set up and break down work areas and keep prep and cooking areas clean and organized.
• Operate, clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dining room clean, stocked, and ready for guests.
• Follow food safety and sanitation rules throughout the restaurant.
