Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of dispatching, customer service, administrative, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems, including ECI Vision and Samsara.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ECI Vision is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering incoming calls professionally and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Dispatch technicians efficiently and coordinate service calls to maximize scheduling and response times.
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate work orders and customer records in company systems.
  • Monitor technician schedules and proactively adjust dispatches as needed.
  • Communicate service updates between customers, technicians, and office staff.
  • Support Operations, Accounting, and Management with administrative projects and daily office functions.
  • Maintain shared inboxes, prepare customer correspondence, and assist with onboarding documentation.
  • Cross-train in multiple office functions and contribute to continuous process improvements.
