We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Regional Service Support Coordinator to support our Regional Service Manager and help ensure our service operations run smoothly throughout the region. The Regional Service Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of our regional service department by managing inventory, coordinating equipment logistics, assisting with installations, supporting dispatch operations, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role is essential to maintaining operational readiness and ensuring our technicians have the resources they need to succeed.

  • Experience in shipping, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or service support
  • Experience working in a customer service or field service environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage asset tracking and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels for equipment and service parts.
  • Serve as the Easy Ink Program Facilitator, overseeing setup, communication, and ongoing program management.
  • Coordinate and fulfill supply shipments for regional offices.
  • Prepare installation packets and equipment for new customer deployments.
  • Configure equipment prior to installation.
  • Assist with equipment deliveries as needed.
  • Provide backup dispatch support by receiving customer service calls, scheduling service technicians, and coordinating daily service activities.
  • Deliver first-level customer phone support and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and service support area.
  • Assist leadership with special projects and operational initiatives.
