Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
Basic technical aptitude for equipment setup and troubleshooting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in shipping, inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields

Responsibilities

Manage asset tracking and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
Maintain accurate inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels.
Coordinate shipping of supplies and equipment for the regional office.
Manage service parts inventory and warehouse organization.
Build and prepare installation packets for new equipment deployments.
Perform equipment setup and configuration as needed.
Assist with equipment deliveries when necessary.
Provide backup dispatch support, including: Taking customer service calls, Scheduling service technicians, Coordinating daily dispatch activities.
Deliver first-level customer phone support and route issues appropriately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and service area.
Support special projects and additional operational needs as assigned.
