About The Position

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Service Support - Busser to assist bartenders, cocktail staff, and wait staff by maintaining cleanliness and providing support for fast, friendly, and accommodating service. The role contributes to a guest experience centered on food, drinks, and games, and follows company safety and sanitation policies. The position requires working in a noisy, fast-paced environment and may involve days, nights, and weekends as required. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Restaurant and/or bar experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly with guests and other team members.
Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
Read and write handwritten notes.
Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Move about the facility and stand for long periods; walk or stand for 100% of the shift.
Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.

Nice To Haves

Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintain bus stand cleanliness and stock supplies.
Keep wait stations clean; empty trash and spot sweep as needed or when requested by a manager.
Perform opening and closing duties, including party breakdown tasks.
Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes and closing.
Ensure food is properly garnished before running it to guests.
Follow tray procedures to minimize loss and deliver food accurately and on time.
Bus and reset tables.
Deliver food to tables and ensure guests have what they need.
Assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware and refilling beverages.
Assist with party setup.
Clean restrooms and restock supplies.
Clean high chairs and booster chairs.
Assist other team members as needed or as business requires.
Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
