The Service Support Associate supports the efforts designated day-to-day operations of Company’s Service Techanics. This position will be on site at 2640 Locust St., Nashville, TN 37207 . This position will report to the Service Office Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2-year minimum experience with Service Billing, including adding labor hours for invoicing.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet and ability to learn new software packages)
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Must speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

  • Providing assistance with work order requests, invoice copies, and maintaining equipment records with the Regional Service Manager, Field and In House Service Technicians and all other personnel.
  • Inputting Service billing, labor hours.
  • Answering incoming calls and return missed calls and voicemails in a timely manner.
  • Completing weekly and month-end reports.
  • Financial Duties: expense reports, processing payments, billing, payroll, purchasing.
  • Ordering and Maintaining Office Supplies.
