About The Position

The Service Supervisor supports front‑end operations by supervising associates, maintaining service and safety standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role assists store leadership with daily operations, staffing support, cash handling oversight, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Supervise daily front‑end operations, including checklanes, self‑checkout, and service desk activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure front‑end areas are clean, organized, and customer‑ready at all times
  • Supervise, coach, and support front‑end associates during assigned shifts
  • Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure service standards are met
  • Reinforce company policies, procedures, and customer service expectations
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, including tills, pickups, audits, and balancing
  • Ensure compliance with cash control and loss prevention policies
  • Report discrepancies and operational issues to store leadership
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, service, and operational standards
  • Support training initiatives and onboarding activities for front‑end associates
  • Communicate shift updates, issues, and follow‑ups to store leadership
  • Partner with other departments to support overall store operations
  • Act as manager‑on‑duty when assigned
