The Service Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the service department, managing the work load. The candidate will ensure technicians have a full work schedule, either in the shop or in the field, monitor all technician overtime and resolve customer disputes. The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and that additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; or the scope of the job may change as required by business demands.
