About The Position

We are seeking a Venue Supervisor to support the daily operation of our Restaurant and Amusement businesses while leading teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Venue Supervisor provides front-line leadership across restaurant, bar, host, amusement, attractions, retail, groups, events, and live entertainment operations. This role is responsible for driving service excellence, supporting team development, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging environment for both guests and employees.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, amusement, retail, or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, guest service, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to coach, train, and motivate employees.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Food Safety and Responsible Beverage Service certifications are required
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and late nights.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash-handling procedures is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across restaurant, bar, amusement, attractions, retail, and guest service areas.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of hospitality and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support the execution of groups, events, parties, promotions, and live entertainment programs.
  • Coach, train, develop, and motivate team members while fostering a positive, guest-focused culture.
  • Ensure all team members are properly prepared, presented, and equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, food handling, liquor service, and operational standards in accordance with company policies and legislative requirements.
  • Conduct floor supervision, complete operational checklists, and ensure all areas are ready for service.
  • Support labour, inventory, cash handling, and cost-control initiatives while contributing to revenue growth.
  • Monitor business levels and adjust staffing and operational priorities as required.
  • Safeguard company assets, funds, inventory, and property.
  • Support payroll, attendance tracking, reporting, and other administrative requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
