About The Position

Pape’ Machinery is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead their Service team. This role involves the supervision and management of all shop processes, financials, mechanic development, and customer satisfaction. The Service Supervisor will ensure the service staff manages the work order process efficiently, maximizing customer communication. The ideal candidate is a great leader, results-driven, and focused on creating a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a mechanic with knowledge of Agriculture equipment, preferably John Deere.
  • Prior operational experience with an understanding of budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Leadership skills and mindset.
  • Ability to maintain good customer and employee relations.
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure service staff manages the work order process for consistency, efficiency, and maximized customer communication.
