About The Position

The Service Station Attendant provides customer service to patrons visiting the service station. The role assists customers, processes transactions, maintains a clean and welcoming environment, and supports daily station operations. The attendant interacts regularly with customers, co-workers, managers, and vendors and must maintain professionalism and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The position may require work during days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Cash handling and retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Process cash, credit card, and other customer transactions accurately.
Assist customers with fuel purchases and fill gas tanks when necessary.
Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service.
Answer customer questions and provide directions or assistance as needed.
Maintain station cleanliness, including collecting and disposing of outdoor trash.
Process customer purchases and provide receipts.
Help ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
