About The Position

Prepares hot and cold food items for Banquets and Restaurants. Ensures consistent, quality production and that food is served according to specification.

Requirements

• Display basic knife skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day.
• Flexible scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines.
• Ensure the station is set for service 15 minutes before service begins.
• Learn all menu items produced by the assigned station.
• Complete work assignments in the proper quantities and within the necessary time frame.
• Refrigerate and serve cold food.
• Produce orders.
• Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times.
