About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Service Staff Associate for Café Mirage. The role provides friendly, responsive service to guests to create an exceptional dining or take-out experience. The associate handles orders and payments, maintains clean and organized service areas, and ensures food and beverages meet established preparation and presentation standards. The posting also describes the position as part of the leadership team, with an expectation to guide, support, and inspire associates while delivering excellent guest experiences. Pay is $14 per hour.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience in a high-volume restaurant, food or concessions outlet, production kitchen, or similar capacity is preferred.
Operating knowledge of food management systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
Follow cash and credit handling procedures; record orders and calculate bills.
Maintain clean, neat, and organized service areas, including cafeteria tables and service and condiment stations, in accordance with food-handling and sanitation regulations.
Ensure food and beverage products are prepared and served according to facility recipes and standards for portioning, cooking, timing, serving, and presentation.
Guide, support, and inspire associates while delivering guest experiences.
