About The Position

We are a locally-owned, family-operated company with locations in North/Central Austin and San Juan, TX. This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, rotating Saturdays 8:30am - 5:00pm. Off Sunday and one weekday. Compensation: $15 per hour. Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish
Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Experience with business software (Email clients, Microsoft Office, Gmail for businesses).
Moderate understanding of web browser functions (Know what a URL is, how to use multiple browsers at a time, understand how cookies work).
Must be able to type at 45+ WPM (no looking at your hands as you type!).
Polished, professional, and positive phone and email communication skills.
Experience in an environment of moderate pressure, and capable of making conscientious decisions on the fly.

Nice To Haves

Fully written and spoken bilingual strongly preferred.
Prior relevant hands-on experience with CRM software, sales, or phone systems is always a bonus.

Responsibilities

Handling and responding promptly to incoming calls, emails, and online chats.
Communicating with customers regarding appointment scheduling, appointment changes, missed appointments, and cancellations.
Schedule appointments according to scheduling rules.
Maintaining strong communication skills via email, text, and google sheets.
Perform other duties as assigned.
