Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer service by responding promptly, communicating clearly, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with internal teams and external customers at all times.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to recognize priorities, respond quickly to time-sensitive issues, and take proactive action to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Availability to travel to customer locations as required to support business needs, attend team meeting and service-related activities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, with the ability to create reports, track data, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all work, including documentation, scheduling, and data entry.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working in or supporting operations related to UPS systems or generators is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience coordinating, tracking, or managing freight shipments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling Preventative Maintenance work between customers and technician on UPS systems
  • Scheduling repair work between customer and technician on UPS system
  • Work closely with regional field management to ensure that both customer and field technician needs are met and exceeded
  • Maintaining constant communication with customers on urgent issues
  • Proactive scheduling for preventative maintenance contracts
  • Work closely with subcontracted vendor partners for scheduling
  • Create service requests for orders
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
