A commitment to excellent attendance and punctuality is essential. In this role, you will be the link between our customers and the Service Team. You will assist the customer with scheduling service appointments, answer customer questions, and ensure our customers are well-informed. The Coordinator provides superior Customer Service by communicating with Service, Parts, and Sales Team Members to provide accurate information to our customers, while maintaining detailed records, and following the prescribed standards & guidelines. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills

  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ calls a day
  • Provide outbound service calls to current and potential customers regarding service appointments, recalls and missed service appointments.
  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealership’s standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
  • Receive all inbound service calls and coordinate schedules of service advisors and service appointments.
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
  • Update customer and vehicle information
  • Maintain appropriate records for recalls, loaner vehicles, and orders
  • Provide customers with vehicle maintenance information & recommendations based on the manufacturers’ specifications
  • Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
