Must be available to work Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including a one-hour lunch break) and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. A commitment to excellent attendance and punctuality is essential. In this role, you will be the link between our customers and the Service Team. You will assist the customer with scheduling service appointments, answer customer questions, and ensure our customers are well-informed. The Coordinator provides superior Customer Service by communicating with Service, Parts, and Sales Team Members to provide accurate information to our customers, while maintaining detailed records, and following the prescribed standards & guidelines.
