A customer service background with experience assisting high-end clientele and executives with exacting standards is essential. The role requires a knack for technical aspects, a steady work history (3 years between jobs), a pleasant disposition, and high emotional intelligence (EQ).

Responsibilities

Client Facing: Project Scheduling (Installation phases, service visits, walkthroughs, and project milestones)
Client Facing: Primary Point of Contact (Phone, Email, Text, Ticketing System)
Client Facing: Full-Cycle Issue Management (Intake > Triage > Manage > Resolve > Bill)
Client Facing: Deliver a "WOW" experience, each and every time
Client Facing: Meet or exceed our response times and obligations (SLA)
Internal Facing: Interface With (Service Technicians, Project Managers, Accounting, Partners)
Internal Facing: Manage and Schedule based on clients needs and Evolve's resource availability
Internal Facing: Update and Maintain accurate client records
Internal Facing: Efficiently move the issue through various departments
