Service Scheduler is responsible for day to day scheduling and overseeing regional service engineers. Work closely with Regional service manager on all day to day activities.

Requirements

  • Heavy call volume experience.
  • Strong follow up skills mandatory.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior scheduling knowledge preferred but not necessary.
  • TRUMPF product knowledge helpful.
  • Minimum three years prior experience or equivalent in customer service/technical concentration is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule field service engineers according to mission priority.
  • Evaluate field service engineers’ technical experience and location in order to dispatch the appropriate technician.
  • Communicate with customers daily and timely as to the status of their service request.
  • Report scheduling delays of critical machines to Service Management.
  • Work with other schedulers to acquire or lend additional coverage.
  • Work closely with technical support engineers regarding missions.
  • Ensure all missions are properly scheduled with proper tools and equipment as necessary.
  • Work with regional service manager to ensure that work by field technicians is complete and all paperwork and software is filled out properly.
