About The Position

Grand Design RV is currently sourcing a Service Appointment Scheduler. As a Grand Design Team Member in this role, you will be responsible for assisting various internal departments with scheduling service factory appointments. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • RV knowledge preferred
  • Computer experience
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and multi-task
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Email

Responsibilities

  • Schedule factory service appointments
  • Create various internal reports
  • Review bill of materials (BOM) and prints
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments within the company
